Our mission is to help software companies in planning and managing their test efforts. We look at the testing efforts as a whole. We are a firm believer that automation can be implemented on time and on budget with the correct factors put in place. We model the automation effort based on successful project models such as CMMI, ISO 900 & 15504. We know that automation is not the only solution. We have developed a complete framework of templates and testing artifacts that can be used to support a testing effort, as well as support and develop custom automated frameworks in Mercury testing tools & Rational testing tools.
