Fredotech LLC helps software companies in planning and managing their test efforts. We look at the test efforts as a whole. We firmly believe that automation can be implemented on time and on budget given proper factor placement. We model the automation effort based on successful project models such as CMMI, ISO 900 and 15504. We know that automation is not the only solution. We have developed a complete framework of templates and testing artifacts used to support a testing effort, as well as support and develop custom automated frameworks in HP Mercury and Rational testing tools.
